Responsibilities:

2.conduct geological surveys, sampling, and data analysis using specialized equipment and methodologies;

3.Prepare technical exploration reports and evaluate resource potential with developmentviability assessments;

4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe/efficient field operations and project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Geology, Resource Exploration, or related earth sciences field;

2. Minimum 5 years' field exploration experience with proven knowledge of explorationworkflows and technical standards ;

3.Proficiency in industry software (e.g. Surpac, icromine, ArcGIS) and surveying tools, withstrong data interpretation capabilities;

4.Excellent communication skills, team collaboration spirit, and readiness for frequent travelassignments involving remote fieldwork.

2.Coordinate internal/external resources to drive seamless progression through all project phases;

3.Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions;

4.Prepare project reports and present progress/outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Geology, Economics, or related fields (preferred);

2.5+ years of project management experience in iron ore sector, with demonstrated successful project delivery (preferred);

3.In-depth knowledge of iron ore industry operations and market dynamics;

4.Willingness to travel domestically/internationally; strong communication, coordination, and stress resilience

2.Coordinate cross-functional resources while monitoring project timelines, quality control, and budget adherence.

3.Maintain strategic engagement with government agencies, suppliers, and partners to drivesuccessful project implementation.

4.Deliver regular progress reports and implement corrective actions for project risks/issues.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field (preferred).

2.5+ years of project management experience in mining operations, with bauxite project exposure prioritized.

3.Demonstrated stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

4.Willingness to travel domestically/internationally and thrive in fast-paced environments.
